How long will my order take to reach me?
It depends on a lot of factors, including where you live, what time your parcel is picked up during the day, Australia Post delays/routes and more. For major cities, it will generally reach you within 2-5 days from being picked up. For regional areas, it can vary greatly but usually around 4-9 days.
I haven't received any tracking updates, where is my order?
If you haven't received any emails with tracking updates within 48 hours of placing your order, please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will try to resolve it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now, unfortunately. If you would like us to implement this, let us know via our Contact Us page!
My tracking says delivered, but I have not received my parcel?
In this case, please let us know right away and we will attempt to resolve it with Australia Post for you.
Can I cancel/change my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please let us know right away. If we have already shipped your order, we won't be able to change it.
My items arrived damaged, what do I do?
We advise you to take photos of the parcel, and send them to us. We will work with you to reach a solution, which may include sending you new items.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Yes, we do! If you don't love your items, feel free to lodge a return request and we will send you an email with the next steps. This includes sale products!
Please note, we cannot accept returns on products marked as clearance.
What about exchanges?
We can exchange your item for a different size of the same item, provided it is in the orginal condition that we sent it to you in.
Can I use multiple promotional codes?
